About the trail

This trail starts in Central City. It starts hard, goes through rock gardens, tight trees, lots of mining history on the way.

The initial climb rewards you with high-country views, beautiful meadows, wildflowers, and a network of additional roads to explore.

We drive through ghost town Apex to connect to Kingston Peak. Cruising among old trees, peaks around you, we decide if we are going hard or easy to connect to Yankee Hill and then back in Central City. We cover lots of land and different landscapes. If you decide on hard, it is going to be technical driving, or we can continue to cruise between tight trees, like playing a video game.

Booking an individual trail is not possible due to weather conditions, driver experience level, etc.

Please book a tour and we will consult with you on the best trails for your reservation date!
